Automation Blueprint™ Terms of Service

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“User, Client,” or “you”) and Automation Blueprint LLC (“Automation Blueprint, AB, we, us,” or “our”), a North Carolina limited liability company providing automation software, education, and consulting services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue all use immediately.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services.
Exception:
Individuals ages 13–17 may use the Services only with the active involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must:
- Review and accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf;
- Remain responsible for all activity under the account; and
- Ensure that use of the Services complies with applicable laws, including those governing minors in business transactions.
Automation Blueprint does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from individuals under 13 years of age.
If we become aware that such data has been provided, it will be deleted promptly.
3. ACCOUNT CREATION & SECURITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information;
- Use your account only for your business or authorized purpose;
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or misuse.
Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or resold without prior written consent from Automation Blueprint.
4. LICENSE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP
All content, templates, automations, designs, and software within the Services are owned by Automation Blueprint LLC or its licensors.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your internal business operations.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of our software;
- Scrape, data-mine, frame, or mirror our content;
- Rebrand, resell, or distribute any materials without permission.
All rights not expressly granted remain with Automation Blueprint LLC.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING & REFUNDS
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
You authorize Automation Blueprint™ and its processors (e.g., Stripe) to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
We reserve the right to update prices with advance notice.
Refunds:
Payments are nonrefundable except where required by law or granted at our sole discretion in exceptional documented cases.
Cancellation:
You may cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid term.
Unpaid or failed charges may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. DATA OWNERSHIP, EXPORT & TERMINATION
Your customer and contact data remain your property.
You may export this data at any time before your account’s termination date.
All proprietary elements of the platform—templates, workflows, automations, and training materials—remain the exclusive property of Automation Blueprint LLC.
Upon termination:
- Your account will remain active until your current billing period ends;
- All user data will be permanently deleted within 30 days;
- Deleted data cannot be recovered.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY & PERFORMANCE
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Automation Blueprint is not liable for:
- Third-party outages or API failures (e.g., GoHighLevel, Mailgun, Twilio, Zoom);
- Bugs, latency, or downtime;
- Business losses, lost revenue, or data corruption.
Temporary maintenance or updates may cause brief service interruptions.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & AFFILIATES
The Services integrate with third-party tools. By connecting them, you agree to those providers’ terms and privacy policies.
Automation Blueprint is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party vendors.
Affiliate relationships may exist and will always be disclosed where required by law.
9. EMAIL, SMS, & MARKETING COMPLIANCE
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws governing communications, including:
- CAN-SPAM Act (U.S.)
- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
- CASL (Canada Anti-Spam Law)
- GDPR (EU/UK) and similar international regulations.
You must obtain consent before sending messages, include opt-out options, and use accurate sender information.
\Automation Blueprint provides tools to support compliance but assumes no liability for your use of them.
9A. COMMUNICATION FEES & RESPONSIBILITY
You are fully responsible for all charges incurred through your use of the Services, including but not limited to communication fees for SMS, MMS, voice calls, emails, and any use of artificial intelligence or automation tools through providers such as OpenAI, Twilio, Mailgun, or other integrated systems.
This responsibility applies whether such charges are billed directly by Automation Blueprint or by a third-party provider, and regardless of whether transmissions or actions are:
- Sent intentionally by you or your team;
- Triggered automatically through workflows, automations, or integrations; or
- Caused by unauthorized access, account compromise, or bot activity.
Automation Blueprint is not liable for any carrier, gateway, token, API, or usage fees arising from system activity, AI usage, or communications tied to your account.
10. USER CONDUCT & CONTENT
You agree not to upload, share, or transmit content that:
- Violates law or third-party rights;
- Contains false, defamatory, obscene, or harmful material;
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
By submitting content, you grant Automation Blueprint a limited, royalty-free, worldwide license to host and display it solely for providing and improving our Services.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including acts of nature, government orders, cyberattacks, strikes, or outages of third-party networks.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automation Blueprint LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.
Claim Period: All claims must be brought within one (1) year or be permanently barred.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Automation Blueprint LLC, its affiliates, and personnel against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms..
14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms at any time.
Material updates will be communicated at least 10 days in advance via email or banner notice.
Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law.
Disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Chatham County, North Carolina, or virtually by agreement.
Each party bears its own arbitration costs unless otherwise required by law.
No class actions or consolidated proceedings are permitted.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights under international data-protection laws.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All logos, marks, and trade dress are the property of Automation Blueprint LLC. Use without written permission is prohibited.
17. HYPERLINKING, IFRAMES & CONTENT LIABILITY
You may link publicly to our website if it does not misrepresent affiliation or endorsement.
Framing or embedding our pages without consent is prohibited.
We are not responsible for content on external sites linking to ours.
18. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies and similar technologies may be used to improve site performance and experience.

19. PRIVACY POLICY REFERENCE
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, use, and rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other global laws.
19A. INTERNATIONAL USE & DATA TRANSFERS
Our Services are operated from the United States and may be accessed globally.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent data protection.
Where required, we apply Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards to ensure lawful international data transfers.
20. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior consent.
We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, sale, or restructuring.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
22. WAIVER
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver unless acknowledged in writing.
23. HEADINGS
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and our Privacy Policy represent the full understanding between you and Automation Blueprint LLC, superseding prior communications.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
