1. INTRODUCTION
This Privacy Policy explains how Automation Blueprint LLC (“we, us, AB”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information of clients, users, and visitors worldwide.
By using our Services, you consent to the practices described herein.
2. SCOPE & DEFINITIONS
This Policy applies to all Services described in our Terms of Service, including websites, software, automations, and communications tools.
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person.
“Processing” includes collection, storage, or use of such data.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Account Data: Name, email, phone number, payment info, and login credentials.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device info, analytics.
- Communications Data: Emails, calls, SMS metadata, support messages.
- Client Business Data: Contacts and records uploaded by users into the AB system.
We do not sell personal data or client contact lists.
4. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We process data to:
- Provide and maintain the Services;
- Communicate with clients;
- Prevent fraud or misuse;
- Improve functionality and performance;
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
5. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING (GDPR)
We process Personal Data only where:
- Necessary for contract performance;
- Based on user consent;
- Required by law;
- Necessary for our legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement, fraud prevention).
6. DATA RETENTION
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide Services or meet legal obligations.
Upon account termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. COMMUNICATIONS DATA & FEES
Message metadata may be processed through providers like Twilio, Mailgun, or Zoom.
Users are responsible for all associated carrier or transmission costs (see §9A of our Terms).
Automation Blueprint is not responsible for unauthorized or automated message charges.
8. AUTOMATED PROCESSING & AI TOOLS
We use AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, LeadIndicator.ai) to enhance support and improve our Services.
These tools do not access or store private client data unless voluntarily provided for support.
Automated processing is limited to analytics, performance optimization, and content delivery.
9. COOKIES & TRACKING
We use cookies and analytics tools to understand usage, improve performance, and personalize experience.

10. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
We share data only as necessary with:
- Service providers under contract;
- Legal or regulatory authorities when required;
- Successors in case of merger or acquisition.
We never sell personal data.

Data may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions.
Where required, we implement Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

- Restrict or object to processing;
- Withdraw consent;
- Request data portability.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data.
No system is 100% secure; users are responsible for maintaining account security.
15. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for the data you upload, including obtaining lawful consent from your contacts for communications and processing.
16. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy periodically. Material updates will be notified via email or banner notice.

18. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION
